There are several hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue. Special rates will be negotiated with nearby hotels for ICARA 2011 delegates. Please make your reservations directly with the hotels.

Cancellations for individual bookings are accepted free of charge until 2pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation
